We are a new and a cutting edge commercial law practice in Nigeria with our corporate headquarters in Lagos. Our Firm has two Partners, one Of counsel and a full complement of highly qualified professional and support staff.

Our Partners and Associate have been engaged in rendering advice on, and acting (or representing clients) in matters relating to arbitration, aviation, administrative, corporate finance, banking or other financial institutions, insurance, international trade, Oil and Gas, intellectual property, employment, personal injury, mediation and conciliation, competition, shipping, real estate, taxation, commercial litigation, company law, employment law to mention amongst others.

Patrick Tolani
PartnerPatrick Tolani, a multi-disciplinary legal practitioner with bias for international development, trade and entrepreneurship development has gained experience working across organisations from the legal department of a local government council all the way to the United Nations System.
